This is my personal and business bank. I love the great customer service. The woman that work the drive through are very fast and make things super easy!
The Bank Manager, Mr. Ken McGhee, does not do business in a fashion that the people of Dover deserve. Do not take out a CD with this bank for any length of time. Even though a signed contract has been entered into, they will change the terms to benefit them. BEWARE. I would go as far as stating that banking with Regions as whole would be a mistake. Do not take any calls about updating CD's over the phone. Make Mr. McGhee actually do his job and send out letters in the correct format when something is due.
DO NOT USE THIS BANK AS THEY ARE NOT LOYAL TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!
