I bought a voucher and booked my appointment online. I never received a confirmation email that my appointment had been book so I called the office to make sure that I would be reminded, since I had to book it more than a month in advance. I never received a confirmation. When I called for a second time to check I received this email: Your appointment was on December 1st, two weeks ago. Unfortunately, since you did not appear for your appointment with Tracy, your voucher has been redeemed. We sent a confirmation email when you booked your appointment as well as a reminder two days prior to your appointment. You are always welcome in the future. After replying that I had never received an email and that this was the first one I had received I was answered back with this:Since you received this email, which is the same email you entered when you made your appointment, there is no reason that you did not receive your confirmation email and your reminder. Terrible service don't waste the $
