My husband and I love to entertain and cook, but were getting tired of getting ready all day then not being able to enjoy the party. We were always stuck in the kitchen, love to cook just not during the party. We had recieved a postcard in the mail about Flavor Concepts, checked out their website and saw that they do exactly what we needed.

My husband called the chef directly and they figured out everything. He said that the chef, Evan, had asked him a handfull of questions about what kind of food he & I liked, wine, and what we hoped to acheive with the dinner party. A few days later Evan emailed a menu back to us..... wow! This was like having a restaurant come to us. He had things from all sorts of local farms, tons of fun ideas, and higher quality food than any of the other caterers we've used before.

We had a 6 course dinner, cooked by Evan- but our kitchen, I didn't know food like that could come from our kitchen.

I remember tasting foods I'd had before, but this was way better. He came with his own waiter, who did everything from serve drinks to take coats, we actually were a part of our party!

I highly recommend him to anyone who enjoys great food & service. The price is well worth it.
