The company is approved by the Food and Drug Administration s Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point program. It provides a wide range of products, such as breaded shrimp, scallops, oysters, fish, crab stuffed products, crab cakes, and cooked shrimp. Tampa Bay Fisheries operates a processing facility at Dover, which is spread on an area of more than 240,000-square-feet.It processes over 2 million-pounds of seafood every week, and also has an on-site freezer with a capacity of more than 10 million-pounds.
