Owners Scott and Cathy run a honest and trustworthy business. I would go to Absolute Auto for everything but since i have moved, i have to do simple maintenance such as oil changes at chain companies. On multiple occasions, the chain companies told me that such and such is wrong with my car and quoted me thousands of dollars worth of repairs. I only trust absolute auto to tell me the truth about my car's needs. For example, my car wasn't starting and Tires Plus told me that it would be $100 to even look at my car. Scott looked at it, found out one of the battery screws were loose, tightened it, and didn't charge me a thing. My car has been fine since! This is just one example of how awesome Absolute is! If your looking for a trustworthy car repair place, this is the place to go. They are not out to make money by scamming you and truly care about their customers!

We have been using Absolute for several years now. Scott and Cathy are true neighborhood friendly. Just recently Scott recommended for us to put two new tires on the front end of our vehicle which we weren't aware we needed until one day when he was checking out our car for a trip. We were never so grateful to Scott for recommending that because we got in a snow storm while on a winter trip. I hate to think what might of happened if Scott hadn't of brought it to our attention. They have truly looked out for us and our car. They are like friends who have our best intrest in mind.

No Industry Training or Certification is to be found for any employees/mechanics and likewise the very owner of this establishment lacks any practical experience in mechanics. High Labor Charges w/o justification coupled with excess part margins/mark ups would lead this writer to caution any weary traveler whom may stray in to the neck of the swamp.

Took my car to the dealer and received an est for over 1k. The dealer listed many problems. Absolute corrected the problems for less than half the cost and adjusted my air conditioning pressure for free. I will no longer take my car to the dealer. These guys are honest auto repairmen.
