Only a 1-star rating because I couldn't go lower. I called this company on 3/5/18 to have them come to my home for a roof repair. I was told that someone would be out later that afternoon. Late in the afternoon, I called to get a status on the visit only to be told that he couldn't make it out that day and he would be there the next day. I took the day off of work the next day and guess what? He was a no-call, no-show! I called their main number several times, only to have the call go unanswered and unreturned. I think that even if they were swamped with work, they could have called to advise me on what was going on. A COMPANY SHOULD NEVER OVER-PROMISE AND UNDER-DELIVER! I wouldn't recommend them to repair a doghouse. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.
