This was my first time selling to this store. It will be my LAST. I took over 10 High end Dresses , along with 5 pairs of Nike Sneakers and 4 pairs of Leather shoes there to sell. Since my Granddaughter had outgrown them and I don't have anyone to give them to. They wanted to insult me with giving me 20.00 when I refused their offer. I had to wait around 30 minutes to collect my items. Which told me those girls in the store picked thru them and choose what they wanted. The staff was unprofessional and a bit Ratchet, I will not be going there again!

I read all the reviews and should have listen! Lesson well learned!

I actually thought it would be fun to go and sell some stuff and buy some "gently used" clothes for my kids, well I was wrong. All the girls working there were ignorant as could be, when they tell you the store policies they just ramble through it and if you ask a question they look at you like they have an attitude problem. But the worst part is that the clothes they have for sale there are for the most part all worn out and not even that cheap. I'd rather buy new for the prices.

We've been shopping there for over a year now and are always impressed with the staff and prices. It can sometimes be a bit cluttered but every good deal comes with a bit of digging right? We love to buy from and sell to their store and plan to continue shopping there as long as we are living in Dover.

They lack follow up skills, they really dont have a customer friendly attitude.
