From the moment I contacted Ms. Vicks' office by phone I felt relieved and secure knowing that I would be heard, understood and represented in the manner I should. As I continued to schedule and missed my first schedule her office was very understanding that I was having a further bad day but provided a more conducive way to communicate with me at another time better for me. Every time I called into the Law office of Karen Vicks I was always respected and regarded as the one they would love to help. I was made to feel protected and in the end all the pieces fell into place. I won my case and was well informed and regarded even after all the chips were down. Ms. Vicks' office made sure I understood that although the case was over they would still be there for me until the last word was said from the opposing side and that was very important to me to know.
