Really no star ! My son and I visited this location to purchase hair supplies. Their detection system went off on three occasions. I expressed to the clerk the second time something must be wrong with their system. I requested my money back. On the third time a man came and ask for the bag, and ask that we walk through the detector. My son 7 asking "mom what does this mean"? I said one moment and I'll explain. We went through detector nothing happened, went back to counter and their discussing in their language what the clerk had done wrong I assume and moving wires around and said "now your okay" I said give me my money back !! How embarrassing and humiliating this was to have to explain to my son, we were basically just accused of taking something we didn't pay for and their system is faulty !! It's obvious they don't trust customers, prey on the African Americans to spend their monies with stores from conner to conner. Very rude and need classes on customer service, in the USA

These people do not value us as customers! The only thing they value are the coins we spend there. I drive 30 minutes one way and asked if the had an item in stock. The clerk refused to check the inventory for me. Aside from that they talk to their customers as if they are ignorant...as if they are doing US a favor by offering overpriced beauty supplies. Save yourself a headache and money and buy your products online. Try wig types dot com they are half the price and ship out of NY to your front door within 2 days!
