After a wet basement floor far too many times, I contacted Keller Waterproofing and Foundation to request a visit and a quote to fix my problem. As owner Jim Keller examined my needs, he evidenced a deep knowledge of drainage issues and immediately made me feel that I was in the presence of someone who knew what he was doing. While at my home, Jim showed me pictures of the work he would be do, provided bonding information and showed me a thick portfolio of letters from previously satisfied customers. The inspection was followed by an acceptable quote, and Jim gave me a date when he would be able to start the work. To my double surprise, Jim was able to commence the work a full week ahead of schedule and completed the work in 3 days as opposed to the 5 he had anticipated that it would take.
