Jared has a good selection but could stand to expand it a bit. My engagement ring came from here. I take it back once per year for a cleaning. The cleanings are interesting here, the length of time always varies.

It wa sone of the worst experiences I've ever had. My husband decided to up grade my wedding ring. Little did we know it would not be so. They sold me or should I say they told me it was an 8mm white sapphire. I took it to a gemoligst to get it appraised just to find out it's spinel and the stone is worth about 3 dollars. You can imagine how I felt...not to mention what was going through my husbands mind. Told them what I found out after they put in writing it was real sapphire. even their appraiser said it was fake. Instead of replacing it with a real sapphire the same size they want me to take one that is 6.5 or a refund. BUT TO TOP IT ALL OF THEY TOLD US THEY ONLY TEST THE DIMONDS TO SEE IF THEY ARE REAL!!!!!!! LIKE WHAT REALLY!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! The sales people are do not have great customer service skills, especially if there is a problem. I had a mistake made on a purchase and they did not want to fix it, they did everything they could not to, but they did fix it in the end after threatening to call cooperate. And with no apology! Come one people the customer is not always right, but in this care i was, and they new it but didn't want to own up...Again, DO NOT SHOP AT JARED!!!

When I visit Jared's ,I am always greeted with a smile. This place is extra nice because it has a play area for children.
