I have 2 experiences with Sam's small engine repair. My first experience: I had a Craftsman mower that had the large rear wheels. It would not fit into my car. So I called for them to come and pick it up. When this young guy arrived , he was extremely rude , and wanted to know why I did not just put it in my trunk... I pointed out A : That it would not fit into my trunk because of the large rear wheels. B That I was paying a fee for him to come and pick it up , that they were not providing the service for free. Then my second experience. I called for the total price of installing a new blade , ( parts and labor ). This young guy could only guess at what it would cost despite the fact I had all the info on the mower he needed ( Model # , part # , size , type blade ). I mean , how complicated is that ... He repeated that that was the best he could do , ( as far as a price was concerned ).

Always efficient and very fair.

Most all small businesses go out of business. This is one that I dont want to see go out of business.
