If I could give less than 1 star, I would. They've had our iPad 3 since January 9th to replace a broken screen and have not been able to repair it and will not agree to refund the nearly $200 we paid to have the screen replaced. Let me further clarify...they replaced the screen, but now none of the buttons work and it won't go to sleep or power down and they scratched the sides of the body when they replaced the screen. Their excuse is the magnetic closure case we had on it. They have yet to ever call us regarding a status, we have to call them to find out anything. I personally would not recommend them for any repair service on any device based on the experience we've had with them. In my opinion, they have a bunch of young techies that think they know what they're doing but don't have the experience, training, or knowledge needed. My bad for trusting them but I'm trying to save you the heartache!
