- Primary CareDr. Templeman is a native of southern Minnesota and attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences. He then moved to Boston, MA for his optometric training at the New England College of Optometry. After receiving his Doctorate of Optometry, he completed his residency in Primary Care and Ocular Disease at Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital just outside Boston. Dr. Templeman also serves as the team Optometrist for the Minnesota Timberwolves.

- Macular DegenerationPatients with eye conditions such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetes and others that can't safely wait to be seen are now allowed to schedule. In addition, some patients are not seeing well with their current glasses and need an update to allow them to function safely. We are open for you also. If you feel you need to be seen for any reason and are willing to come, we will see you. - Laser Eye SurgeryDuring his residency training, Dr. Goyal developed a specific interest in cornea and refractive surgery and was awarded the Robert D. Reinecke prize for his research in LASIK surgery. Dr. Goyal enjoys staying abreast of all the latest advances in the field of ophthalmology. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and the Minnesota Medical Association.
- CataractsDr. Stockenstrom joined Eye Care Associates, P.A., of Minneapolis in 2002 and is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and an active member of the Minnesota Academy of Ophthalmology. As a faculty member of the University of Minnesota he participates in surgical teaching of ophthalmology residents and physicians. Dr. Stockenstrom also serves as the team Ophthalmologist for the Minnesota Timberwolves.
- Cataract SurgeryDr. Dinesh Goyal is a cornea and refractive surgery specialist, a board certified ophthalmologist, and is a partner at Eye Care Associates. Dr. Goyal has completed formal subspecialty training in corneal transplant surgery, cataract surgery, LASIK and PRK surgery, and complex diseases of the anterior segment of the eye.
- Eye ExamIf you are having a comprehensive eye examination, your appointment will take between 60 and 90 minutes, including dilation of the pupils. If additional testing is required, more time should be allowed. We recommend that you bring sunglasses with you, but we provide complimentary ones for your convenience.
- Internal MedicineDr. Goyal received his medical degree from Albany Medical College in New York in 1998, through an advanced B.S./M.D. curriculum. He completed a one year internship in Internal Medicine at Northwestern University Hospitals in Chicago. He then became involved in Ophthalmology research at the University of Minnesota and later returned to New York to complete a three year residency in Ophthalmology at Albany Medical College. Dr. Goyal moved on to Boston to complete an additional year of subspecialty training in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery at Boston University Medical Center.
