Its range of services include roofing, telecommunications cabling, sewer rehabilitation and construction, designing and building, directional boring, trenching and digging, and site and supervisory work. It is also a general construction firm offering services to federal facilities, hospitals, campus environments and corporate offices. It is a licensed electrical contractor, and a certified woman-owned company. Barlovento operates in more than six states in the United States, and employs over 120 people, including project and quality control managers, engineers, superintendents, schedulers, architects and construction managers. It is headquartered in Dothan, Ala., and has three branch offices, including Ft. Walton Beach, Fla., and Valdosta and Ft. Benning, Ga.
