I didn't like how my dog was kept in a separate room I felt very uncomfortable talking with the doctor and me not being Able to see my dog as it was treated , I was also charged at the end for some random fluids and pump they said it was because my dog was dehydrated but never during the 2 hours of waiting and explanations was I told my dog was dehydrated also on the estimate this was never mentioned, not until the final bill when I had no option but to pay, fluid And pumps appears and bumps up my Bill + $45. Staff was nice , friendly and seemed helpful/professional but as a customer I feel the need to see my dog being treated and no previously unmentionedtreatments coming up on my bill last minute without consulting me
