Dr. James Hey is a graduate of the Loyola Dental School in Chicago. After graduation, he returned to his hometown of Dixon, where he has been practicing for over 25 years. During this time, Dr. Hey has continued to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and procedures in the industry and has studied with a number of the world's leading authorities in cosmetic dentistry and smile design. Dr. Hey has completed many courses from the world renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, including Full Mouth Reconstruction Training. What's more, Dr. Hey's expert proficiency in the field of cosmetic dentistry earned him a coveted position as a clinical instructor at the institute, a role that only the top graduates are offered. He's also on staff at KSB Hospital, as well as a charter member of the International Association of Comprehensive Aesthetics. To further serve his patients, Dr. Hey has logged over 1,200 hours of continuing education and a has earned a fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Hey uses his great knowledge and experience to give his patients the finest dental care available and has created thousands of "perfect smiles" for Northern Illinois residents.

From the moment we walked in the door until the time we left, we were greeted and treated with the sweetest hospitality! The staff made my girlies feel very comfortable and safe. Dr. Hey was extremely gentle and caring while working on the girls. He also was very helpful in explaining the details of care I would need to give our 9 year old after placing her expander. I always feel like family when we visit Dr. Hey's office.
Everyone is so friendly! I have very sensitive teeth and hate going to the dentist but coming here makes it not so bad.
