i had a problem that i couldnt figure out, thanks Mr Gates, DC had the tower for 24 hours and i got it back better than new. its a bit of a cruise from Chicago, but DC is very trustworthy and worht the trip.

Very helpful on the phone. Also gave me good advice about what to upgrade to (I was all wrong!). Came to my house to figure out my problem and it did NOT require a costly upgrade after all..........A+
