This place is horrible! The verbal abuse the unspeakable acts that go on behind closed doors in this place is disgusting. People think that because they are emotionally disturbed children that they can get away with anything. Anyone who is now an adult who has been to this place as a child can tell you what it's really like. This place almost killed my sister, between the doctors over-medicating her (even without parental permission) my parents stated that they would like some of the medication reduced, Dr. lied to their face and said "ok" come to find out MONTHS (not weeks) MONTHS later, she was still on the exact same prescribed dose The abuse that the staff put her through and a certain male staff making her feel very uncomfortable and making comments about her teenage developing body. They especially prey on kids that have been abused in the past because they know that they usually won't tell anyone what's going on. Lord known what else went on in there, my sister refuses to talk about it (she's 20 now) and has grown into a great woman but whenever that place gets mentioned she has this look of utter fear on her face and she looks like she wants to throw up. I was only able to get what I stated above out of her, she starts to shake and hyperventilate whenever this place is mentioned. Something is very wrong with this place.
