Harrison Elementary School is a part of the Prince George County Public Schools and is located in Disputanta, Va. It provides educational instruction to students from prekindergarten through grade five. It provides an accelerated reader program that is a computerized reading program and provides a summary and analysis of results to enable teachers to monitor the quantity and quality of reading practice in which the students engage in. The school has a library media center that offers a collection of books on various topics and provides a wide range of databases, encyclopedias, magazines, newspapers, online resources and reference materials to students. Harrison Elementary School provides educational classes in various subjects, including science, math, language arts, social studies, English, creative writing, reading, art, music and physical education.
