Got my living room and fridge from them, the people and atmosphere was great! I hit a rough spot in my renting and they worked with me, very caring bunch. Give them a 5 for customer service and product. Everything was wonderful!

The store associates are great with working with what you need, and goes beyond to help you. They also will try to help you out before coming and picking the product up if you are late with a payment. I have purchased several items from this store and will travel to that store in the future because of them.

Buyer Beware!! I rented a living room set from the Dickson Rent A Center and roaches were crawling out of it like crazy! I called the store and they put my on hold, the guy who took the call said someone would call me back and they never did. After smashing all the roaches I could, I threw the stuff out in the back yard and told them to come get it. They have since sent Orkin to my house but I still have a roach problem. The next time I went into the store to get someone to face me, I was waiting, and I noticed about 10 roaches crawling across a bunk bed. That store is really nasty and I would recommend that unless you have a love for roaches, that you not rent from them!!!
