      Brown Land Surveying, LLC. is a family owned company that seeks to provide the best surveying services in our community. Joseph Brown, Registered Land Surveyor, has the education and experience you seek when searching for a surveyor to work on your commercial or residential property. Our dedicated team will do whatever it takes to get you the services you need at a price that is fair.

      Business History
      Joseph graduated Dickson County High School in 1997. He went on to attend the University of Tennessee at Martin where he was seeking a degree in Engineering. During summer internships, he decided to pursue Land Surveying. He then moved to Johnson City, TN to attend East Tennessee State University (ETSU), the only accredited college of Land Surveying in Tennessee. He received a Bachelor of Science in Surveying and Mapping in 2002. While attending ETSU, he did an internship with Alley & Associates in Kingsport, TN, where he continued to work until moving to Knoxville, TN in 2005. He worked as a Registered Land Surveyor at Vision Engineering & Surveying until moving to Dickson, TN in 2007 to open Brown Land Surveying, LLC.
