It was the best experience I could've possibly imagined! I was worried we would be spending thousands of dollars to repair our unit and Randy came out and helped diagnose the problem. My unit was up and running in no time and let me tell you nothing sounds better than your ac unit coming on when you've been sitting in your house sweating! Talking with Randy was more like talking with a buddy instead of talking to someone you paid to fix your equipment. Overall I wish I couldon't give it 6 stars and I'm very grateful he fixed our account!

Absolutely the best AC gentleman. He answered the phone at 841 PM and then came to our rescue that night after we had endured an entire day of over 90 degree weather. He is sweet and kind but he gave us such a good deal I will never call anyone else again. Everyone should have Randy's number in their phone. He is fair and honest. Those two things are extremely hard to find these days. I am forever grateful to Randy for coming out and giving us such a great deal. God bless him and his family. I hope everyone else gets to enjoy a man who still has ethics and character as key traits in his business.
