Gwen, did not listen to us when told her we wanted the bed with vibration, head raise, and leg raise mode. When they delivered they mattress, it was without the vibration, head raise, and leg raise mode. Call them and Gwen said that would be another $1800.00 for that one. The mattress was already $ 3299.99 and to add another $1800.00 would have over priced. Yes, it was disappointing and we will not be back. We believe they should make this right!!!
