      Their customer service is not helpful; the doesn't put the patient as priority. Their answer is usually "Sorry, we don't know the reason. please call your doctor." After we talked, their last answer is " if you don't pay this bill after 30 days, we WILL send it to collection service." I feel like I was threaten.
