Dexter Primary School enrolls more than 290 students in pre-kindergartener through grade five. Its curriculum includes classes in math, art, science and English. The school maintains a library and media center that includes a collection of books and reference and instructional materials. It also operates a cafeteria, as well as provides transportation services. Dexter Primary School is part of SAD 46, which enrolls over 1,000 students in various elementary, middle and consolidated schools. Its schools offer a range of programs in sports, including basketball, volleyball, football, hockey and soccer. In addition, SAD 46 organizes a variety of events, including public meetings.
