We had Mr Monahan and his team build our home last year. The home was completed in a timely matter and on budget. We couldn't be happy enough. When faced with a problem, I loved Mr Monahans attitude. He would say problems, there are no problems just solutions. He has a very positive can do attitude. If we were to ever to another home or project again I would definetly hire this company again. Bravo. Job well done.

Do NOT hire this builder! The only reason he received 1 star is because 0 was not an option. He's extremely unprofessional & unorganized. Does not return calls, texts, or emails after he starts the project. When he does return your call, he has it go right to your voicemail so he doesn't have to speak to you directly. Does not show up for appointments and when he does he's late & then has to leave right away so no problems get resolved. Only makes himself available when it's time to receive payment and then disappears. Hires unprofessional subs who do poor quality work (walls not square, uneven floors, tiles not level or spaced correctly, etc). Does not pay subs, telling them he did not receive payment from the homeowner. Tells subs not to speak to the homeowner about money or cost. Walks off the job without completing what you've paid for & does not come back to fix problems. Does not repair or replace damage his men cause to your property even though he "promises" to do so.
