US-Energy facility Located East of I-75 and 8 Mile Road, it is home to 91,000 square foot Warehouse and Storage. The Facility is located on 5.5. Acres site, completely paved in 24” concrete with clay base for environmental safety. Two Rail Spurs from which we can ship and receive material and equipment. The Transloading Facility offers Rail to Truck reloading, Trucking and Storage services allowing non-rail served business to take advantage of long haul cost saving by using rail. Storage for up to 16 Railcars on site. Rail Service is provided by CSX. New state of the art in-ground truck scale, with modern auxiliary equipment. (State certified for an independent truck scale needs as well). We can service customers needs by flatbed trailer, roll-off container, and live loading. 45' ceilings complete with four overhead cranes ranging from 25 -60 tons, as well as electrical hook-up, and heated workspace. Electrical hook-up of 110, 220 & 440 Volts Current.
