Steven Taylor is cheap. He doesn't give raises, direct deposits or benefits. The managers are told to always nag and to belittle the crew. There is no a/c, they barely want you drinking water since that is the only thing that you can drink. It's a very miserable atmosphere, but yet they want you to smile and be happy.
