I purchased 2 Royale Collections 3000 Series sheet sets.They came with a warranty card for free replacement from this company. Colors and price were great. Package advertising I found to be VERY misleading once I put them on the bed. I can overlook seams not straight and puckered. After 4 nights on our bed, and a cold water wash with no dryer these sheets are ready for the trash. They did not hold shape,have pilling and we will not use them again. I would like my money returned but you haven't offered that option. I am not interest in any replacement of this POOR QUALITY product!!! I have done my best to warn others about this misleading problem with your represented items.
