Board-certified internal medicine physician and nephrologist Deon Middlebrook, MD, welcomes everyone in the region 16 years and older who are facing any kidney-related challenge. Dr. Middlebrook is proud to serve as an African-American nephrologist dedicated to reaching out to the Black community. As a kidney care specialist, his goal is to raise awareness about his patients’ high risk for developing kidney disease that can progress to kidney failure, and provide the individualized health care they deserve. .
