we had our treadmill repaired through this company, service was excellent, on time, very professional, they even brought there own shoe covers as not to track dirt on our carpet and price was cheaper than any other company we searched, Nordictrack charges $150 1st visit and $75 each additional visit, sears charges $95 diagnosis + $35 per hours, this company CYOD was less expensive and the owner of the company specializes in exercise equipment repair, not like the sears guys that came to my house, these guys specialize in washers and dryers, hell we even had a guy from Go-Confirgue come out that told us he owns and operates a Transmission shop, and this is his side job, CYOD specialized in this work, and this is all they do all day everyday, and the owner actually worked for Nordictrack and has 1st hand knowledge of theses products, Great Service
