I don't ever think I have had a more positive customer service. Sai worked so hard to fix my furnace and would not quit until he got to the bottom of the problem. He always returns phone calls right away and comes when he says he will come. His prices were totally reasonable and fair. If all service people were as faithful and hardworking as him, keeping one's appliances working would not be the headache it usually is. By far the best service person I have ever worked with.

They were punctual and on time! He walked me through what he noticed was wrong in the tune up and informed me of areas that needed help (freon adding). Took his shoes off when walking through the house (always a huge plus in professionalism in my book), was very courteous, and mindful of our home. Informed me of frequency needed for tune ups and why and extended my pricing for next visits. I will use SAI and reach out to Jitu for my fall furnace tune up!

I had purchsed a groupon for this service, and was initially hesitant because there were minor issues hooking up. On the specified date, Sai and his workers arrived on time, and did a great job. It was interesting to see how much junk was taken out of my vents. When the job was finished, they were over all of their work, so I could see what they had done. I would not hesitate to use them again.

After getting a great price quote over the phone, we called SAI to come do a winter tune up of our furnace. He gave honest advice and told us how to save money and maintain our heater on our own, as well as letting us know how frequently our type of furnace needs to be serviced. He was on time for his appointment even though it was during rush hour. Excellent!
