Appointments: Please kindly note that our hospital operates on an appointment system. Please call to schedule an appointment or to talk to the doctor to obtain more information on what your loved pet may need. Fees: We make every effort to ensure that all fees are fair and reasonable and you are encouraged to discuss charges before services are rendered. We accept cash, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express. Checks with a bank-imprinted name are also welcome provided proper identification of the signer of the check is given. Mission: We hope to provide the highest quality of care for your pets and to fulfill all of your needs as a pet owner at a reasonable price. History: Currently practicing in Chicago at Logan Square Animal Hospital for over 25 years, Dr. Basran built Oak Elm Animal Hospital in 2008 with the hope of establishing an animal practice predicated on the same principles that guide him at Logan Square Animal Hospital: providing the finest health care for your loved cats and dogs at affordable prices.
