Carnica is an independently owned airbrush paint repair and detailing service center. It uses modern technology in repairing damages of painted surfaces of automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, watercraft and snowmobiles. Founded in 1990, the center s exterior detailing services include hand wash and hand wax, tires dressing, overspray removal, bug and tar removal and machine polish. The center also offers several interior detailing services, such as window cleaning, engine degreasing, vents cleaning and shampooing of carpets and mats. Additionally, Carnica installs DVD players, monitors, speakers and playstations in vehicles. Carnica is located in Des Plaines, Ill.
