I had leaking with my dishwasher and they came out to fix it and three weeks later the same problem. they came out just about every three weeks to" fix" the dishwasher. it wasn't repaired and as soon as the home warranty claim closed put they refused to fix it even though they were paid to fix the problem. his response: that's life. never again

Worst customer service I have ever had.

Scott's TV first complained about coming to get my 62" television, (which is under warranty by Panasonic-and they are supposed to honor this), then when Panasonic customer relations forced them to come and get it, they were still ugly to me. Scott's TV told me first it would be a week to get it back. After a week had passed, I called to check on my television. Someone told me they ordered the part and I should have it back shortly. When I called back a few days later, they told me they didn't know what was wrong with it. This went on for almost a MONTH. THEN they seet a delivery date-and missed it. When I called, they said they weren't sure when they could deliver it. Finally, the Panasonic customer relations rep told them they had better deliver it FAST. So, they delivered it and one of the Scotts delivery men informed me the bulb had been replace the day prior. SOMETHING THAT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE IN 15 MINUTES TOOK 3 1/2 WEEKS. DONT GO TO SCOTT'S
