Third rate company run by third rate management. They used to have a really good team of technicians a few years ago but they are all gone. Something wrong with a company that can't keep good employees. They will crash and burn in the end.
I called Midwest on Friday after work, I realized that I had locked my keys in my car that morning. They quoted me a price on the phone and were at the parking garage in about 20 minutes. They walked with me to my car and had it open in less than a minute. I was charged exactly what they had quoted me on the phone. The guy who came was super nice and was even able to cut me a door key for my car to hide so it wouldn't have this happen again. The guy gave me some cards and I have already handed them out. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I called needing a key replacement for my Car. The employee told me that his company does not have the time or manpower to help me. Why do they advertise a service and then say they can't perform that service. False advertising if you ask me. I will never use this locksmith for anything ever again. I even know one of them personally and know that he is a weed smoker so the company must not drug test either I assume. Avoid these rude people and use a better company!

I lost the keys to my car. I called and Shawn came out to my vehicle within a couple hours and made me a new set of keys right there in the parking lot. Only cost $80.
I have a bad habit of losing my keys or locking them in my car. I now always call Midwest Lock and Key because they arrive quickly usually within 30 to 45 minutes or sooner. Their prices are about the same as other services. The service people that come out are nice and perform the services quickly.
They did an awesome job, and came and fixed our gate in record time.###They got here within an 1 1/2 hours after my call around 12, even though they had until about 9 to get here. The serviceman was very knowledgeable, and finished his work in less than 10 mintes, made a new key, and even made sure it worked before he left.###I definitely recommend this company for all your locksmithing needs.
