No matter when I call Metro or who they send over, the service is always the same..great! They are punctual when arriving and get the job done in a timely manner as well. Metro Heating and Cooling have trained service men who know what they're doing.

It took a while to get me comfortable with the work Metro recommended. Now that the job is done, I am amazed at how the duct work,and zoning system installed by Metro and the Aeroseal duct sealant completed by Inside Out Duct Sealing have changed the way my system works. Our second story of our home was never the right temperature and very uncomfortable! We had several companies in the past come out to help with our "problem." Answers were always the same... shut doors and vents, this did not help! We then called Metro, they came out and recommended we zone our home. It worked!!! The cost was reasonable and much worth our comfort! I hightly recommend!The only place we will ever call again!

I called Metro Heating and Cooling on a Tuesday, Jim visited the home and produced a quote on Wednesday, and the energy efficient gas furnace was installed on a Friday. The technicians who performed the install (Jason and Steve) were very professional -- they arrived earlier than scheduled and completed the work they said they would get done. Jason even returned to make certain the sealant had cured properly. They get good marks.
