Need to ask DON 515-263-0926 if he will help secure mattress to your vehicle since he is the expert. Want to make sure he will not just toss you some twine and say YOU need to secure it, remember he has been in business since 1986. You might ask also about him selling used mattresses last year. On at least three occasions he brought mattresses back from people and sold them on the sales floor. When he was asked about bed bugs, he said I know where these came from they would not have bed bugs. YUCK!!!!

do not buy from the store the owner will not stand behind the warranty of the products he sells I purchased a new bed mattress and box spring late last fall it had a 10 year warranty for materials and craftsmanship within the last 3 months and it started to concave in the middle it is getting worse. I contacted the store owner to discuss this and look for a resolution the owner told me all mattresses start a concave immediately and then he had the nerve to offend me by asking me how much I weighed and how long I slept in the bed as if that was the cause of the problem. In essence this is about standing behind the products you sell he will not stand behind this product he didn't offer me another mattress for credit for in store purchase just basically said tough luck have a nice day and laughed and hung up. Self buyer beware do not buy from Mattress Discounters on North East 14th in the morning he will not stand behind his product that is the reason that I'm leaving this review I plan on taking him to small claims court to resolve this issue and get my money back!
