The service here is awful. The first time I went in was for some incense. There was an older woman explaining fake pee and pills to make you pee clean. Her whole explanation was taking forever (I stood behind them for 15 minutes).There were two other employees listening to her as well. In the middle of the explanation she asked on the customers if all she was getting was incense and tried to ring her up. The lady had purchased the incense already and was just listening to the employee. Another employee said she needs to be rung up and pointed at me to.which she ignored and went about her other conversation. I did not have much time to wait so I left. The next time I went was with my boyfriend who was looking for a double strap disc golf bag. After listening to pot head politics we were finally helped and told to come back in one to two days. My boyfriend called ahead just to double check. They said they had the double strapped disc golf bags so we headed on over. When we got there the lady went to look in the shipment boxes to check. She moved two bags and said sorry we do not have them. My boyfriend told her they said for sure they were in on the phone and she said they were wrong. I am pretty disappointed because they do have a good selection and its right down the road from my house but the service is awful. I would rather go to Liberty Gifts or the Glass House at this point. At least at those places the motto is we work for the customer not the customer works for us.

Really great locally owned and operated store, very cool products and the best selection of incense and tie dye in town.

Day dreams is amazing. I wish the store was bigger, but I always find what I need. Totally reccomend this store
