Established in 1890, Jonathan Cattell Elementary School offers a variety of learning and recreational options for the intellectual, social and emotional development of more than 450 students in kindergarten through grade five. The school has a staff of over 20 employees, including teachers and support staff. Jonathan Cattell Elementary School is located in Des Moines, Iowa, and is a part of the Des Moines Public Schools, which operates nearly 60 middle, elementary and high schools and serves approximately 30,000 students.
