excellent selection of machines and Sharon was on staff and extremely helpful, courteous and infomative. The establishment was kept clean and in order. Definitely a reliable choice.

WOW THIS PLACE IS NICE! Dont know what that other person is talking about. this place is clean and the attendants are so friendly and helpful. It probably the cleanest laundry in town. I drive past other places to come here.

On July 13th my husband and I drove through a downpour, skirting fallen tree branches and flooded streets to do our laundry at Busy Bubbles at 6401 Hickman Road, Urbandale, Iowa. I deposited a twenty dollar bill into thier change machine and GOT NO CHANGE BACK. I went immediately to the attendant to complain. She immediately put a bill into the machine, supposedly to mark where my twenty was. She said she'd tell the owner on the following day and I could get my money then. I left my name and number along with what happened on a piece of paper. Today is July 30th, 2006. I have been phoning, dropping by and asking the attendant to have the owner return my money ever since. When I can get anyone at all, maybe one third of the time, the attendant says she doesn't know why I have not heard from them or why they haven't returned my money. SPARE YOURSELF THIS HASSLE! DO NOT DO YOUR LAUNDRY AT THIS LOCATION. I will continue to seek alternative methods until I get my $20 back.
