Dr. Fatah showed empathy for my situation and Jason wrapped everything up in a nice financing package. They do not judge you at this location and instead provide you with options to get the work done. Wait time can improve but they make up for it because they actually give a darn.

I would highly recommend Aspen Dental on Merle Hay. I went in for my consultation in January. I have had a great experience each time I have been in the office. James Vigneron is the Registered Dental hygienist. I had to have an extensive cleaning done and he made sure I was comfortable before he started. He was excellent at explaining what he was doing and happily answered any questions They are also very good at accommodating my schedule. I am very pleased with the service they have provided me and look forward to working with them in the future.

Des Moines Merle Hay did an amazing job. I was instantly greeted as I walked in. Big recognition to Angel, she was more than helpful. Doctor was very friendly. I recommend this location to anyone in need of a new dental office or emergency care.

Free New Patient Exam and X-Rays that can be transferred to any other dentist's office. Does not include the teeth cleaning - have to make another appointment. My dentist went over my x-rays with me in detail (e.g., "No cavities, but watch these two teeth carefully. You may need them filled in a few years."). She also kept my fussy baby happy the whole time. After the x-rays and exam, I sat down for a few minutes with a consultant to discuss a future cleaning, the cost of it, payment options, and what all the cleaning would entail. I was not pressured to come back or pay for services I didn't need. Everyone working there was friendly and kept me informed on what was coming next (i.e. "Next you'll be in this room for the second part of your x-rays."). Very family friendly. Prompt - didn't have to wait in the lobby long. Clean and well decorated. No play area or toys for children.
