Blase came out to look at a small leak coming in to the upstairs bathroom. Even though the roof was purchased by the previous owner, American Custom Contractors honored the warranty and fixed the leak free of charge. Also, Blase was very friendly and answered all my questions, including a question I had about my portico. He inspected the portico and gave me an honest assessment saying everything looked pretty good and that he would not recommend any work at this time. It was reassuring that he did not try to up-sell me on a needless fix. Finally, because the ladder was already up for the roof fix, he reattached a shutter that had come loose from the house! All free of charge. Blase was awesome and was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him and American Custom Contractors.
