I have been going to Derby Eye and Vision about 7 years. I love the way you're treated like family. You walk in and are greeted by first name, how's your family... all are very helpful, they usually drop everything whenever I've needed anything fixed, exchanged or looked at and if not able to do at that moment, they get back to you within 24 hours. I'm sorry that someone else had a bad experience there but I recommend it to everyone who needs glasses or contacts.
