From the moment I came in, I was greeted with warmth and was not hassled. The sales person used my name several times and made me feel comfortable. The kicker... the sales person listened intently to my needs & likes and gave me undivided attention. I am still in alittle bit of shock right now.. My husband had gone to this dealership looking for a new (used) car yesterday, he found a 2012 Chevy cruise with low mileage for a decent price. As a married couple a big decision is not made alone so we took a ride down today so I can see the car and we can take it for a test drive. We spoke with a very young and energetic salesman who had just made his first sale (or so they said). As he was starting to gather information that would allow us to take the test drive(which my husband had set up yesterday )the owner walked over and introduced himself. (Very unprofessional looking, actually kinda shady) He made some small talk and then asked if we were ready to buy the car today. We explained we were in the process of looking and weren't sure which car would best suit our needs if any but we wanted to take the Cruise for a test drive.(again that we had already set up) It was at that point we were told that they don't do test drives on Saturdays and to come back when we knew what we wanted and when we ready to purchase a vehicle. A car purchase should not be an impulsive purchase, (but we have been known to do so) I for one will never take my business there and can guarantee that neither will my family or friends !

I purchased a 2012 Toyota Rav4 from New England Auto World and the experience was wonderful. Great deal, great service and an extremely knowledgeable staff who really extended themselves to get me exactly what I wanted.
