took my phone to them for a basic repair, the home button on my iphone was occasionally unresponsive because i had gotten dust in the charge port. He managed to break the phone so that it rebooted every few minutes and would not charge. He offered to fix what he had broken for an absurd price. I took my iphone to an apple store who told me he voided the warranty so they couldn't fix it either. Then he hassled me greatly on getting a refund. All i wanted was the charging port cleaned and i ended up having to buy a new phone. avoid at all costs.
