      Unhappy with my windows. We upgraded from a 4000 series, to a 6000 series, because the better quality of your windows. According to one of your reviews, they said before they got your windows they can hear every noise outside. After the had your windows installed, it was very quiet, UNTRUE. we still hear the noise outside. False advertisement. Where do they live, in the country. Serv ice was great, and also the installers were very professional. Just very unhappy
