This office is awful, the wait time is at least an hour and a half the office manager is unbearable to deal with, forget trying to get your medication on time they can care less if you go into withdrawal. The nurse practitioner Is always canceling her appointments and when she does see you she's on her phone the whole time. Awful awful do not go there!

They are extremely hard to get a hold of,and the wait time for the first visit is very long,but once you get in there it's good. It's like a spa compared to places like mid-erie (which is like an in and out factory). The counselors takes their time with the patients and care about them,but I think they need help when it comes to the office / front desk. Something else I noticed, all the people go on break at the same time who work behind the desk. I think they should shuffle it up. However, the doctor is phenomenal,but she needs to hire better workers.

This place is absolutely horrible. There's no service unless you feel like waiting over an hour for a SCHEDULED appointment, or feel like not getting the correct medication you need on time. do not go here, these people don't deserve to practice medicine.

I've only been sitting in the waiting room since I got here, but so far,I don't have anything good to say. My appointment was at 9:30 and here I am, still waiting, almost an hour and a half later. the paperwork was ridiculous. Long and weirded poorly. and it's almost impossible to get the attention of the receptionist. very poorly run, as far add I can tell...
