      I wanted to use a local company and after reading a previous reviews I called Jenkins and son. They called right back and made an effort to get out here the same day. I just needed my system pumped out and he was very pleasant answered all my questions and was what I felt reasonable priced. I will definitely call agin when it's time and recommend to any friends.

      I started having septic problems on a sunday morning. I quickly started reading reviews online in a attemt to find someone to call.I didn't find many reviews for local companies, so that is why I'm writing this. I didn't leave a message but still got a call back from Rodney Jenkins on a sunday afternoon. I told him what I had going on and he said he could be here in the morning, he also took the time to explain to me how I can find and dig up the opening for the septic ( because I can handle digging a hole and it saves me money to do it myself).

      He was right on time and this being my first experience with septic issues I had a ton of questions. He took the extra time to answer all my questions and walking me through what he was doing and explained some excellent preventative measures for keeping my septic in good working condition. This is my first positive review I have ever written on a company but I feel it was deserved. Dealing with bad companies makes you really appreciate dealing with a company that does all they can to provide the best service possible.
